Your cottage sits across the street from Ephraim Beach which means beautiful sunsets, gorgeous sunrises, sun, sand, and relaxation with the water at your feet. And you are a few blocks away from the best fish boil in the county and mouth watering homemade ice cream. You're going to love this beach themed cottage.
The space
This cottage is the lower level of a two story building and is steps away from Ephraim’s sand beach and overlooks Eagle Harbor. This cottage has everything you need to relax, unwind, and reconnect with family, friends, and even make new friends. Morning coffee is even more delicious while sitting on the front deck. Chilly nights are cozy while snuggled up next to the fire place. And meals cooked outside on the Weber charcoal grill at your cottage is even more delicious when enjoyed out on the picnic table. Your kitchen is fully stocked, towels are soft, beds are comfy, and of course it is clean.

This cottage features two bedrooms (both queen beds) and a bedroom with two twin beds. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with large, flat screen TV, fire place, full bath, an AC window unit, boosted WiFi, and parking right behind the cottage.

From your cottage you can enjoy a starry night. Walk two minutes to the Ephraim beach for some sand and a swim. Join the other guests in our surrounding cottages for stories, laughter and smores around the fire pit.
Guest access
The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There are 11 other units on the property which are only accessible to guests renting the unit. However, the fire pit is available for use at any time of day/evening. The children's playground is available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Other things to note
You will want to bring the following items for your stay:

1. Charcoal and lighter fluid if you enjoy grilling (we may have some left over from guests)
2. Beach towels
3. Doggie duty bags if you bring your pet
4. Spices/Salt/Pepper - the county health inspector will not allow us to leave any food items in the cottages for guests to use.
5. Extra toilet paper. We provide two rolls.
6. Extra paper towel. We provide one roll.
7. Extra trash bags. We provide two.

Your unit is an up and down duplex cottage versus a side by side. There are four deck chairs for you to relax in plus additional chairs in the yard to enjoy.
