Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I traveled with my son 17 y.o. to see places around south Miami. Excellent location - very close to Coral Castle which, by the way, was built by one latvian, visited Aligator farm - airboat tour, feeding show etc. +other animals. From Hamstead you can start trip also to Kew West, snorkeling beaches and Everglade National Park (we visited all places in previous days except last which is not friendly for non U.S. citizens - rose entrance to 100 USD/pers.(!)) House is close to food store. Excellent kitchen with all you might need. Guests room with comfortable seats and TV with huge list of channels. House has terrace with nice view to area behind the house.

Negative: During our visit was unexpectedly cold weather and we had to wear all clothes in order not to freeze also in house, but this is rather rare climate in Florida so unlikely that any other might face with this problem.

Summary: Beautiful, very comfortable house in excellent location, kind hosts!
