Summary: So we arrived and you are charged to park. Same price for 2 days or 10. Basically, everytime you want to leave or come in, someone has to come out and open the gate for you. It's a bit of a pain. Our biggest surprise was that this getaway was in a rusted single wide trailer that was older. The front looks like a house but is actually a garage attached to this Mobile Home. The floors sink in as you step out to go on the Patio. The floors in the bedroom aren't flat so the door falls shut. The toilet smells to high heaven when you flush. They have put in a freshener to try and cover it, but it's there and the place is tiny so you smell it for quite a while. There's no access to the beach but the view is wonderful. We asked why a large deposit and were told by the Owner that it's because of his nice stuff. Well, the only nice stuff is the TV. The couch is ripped, stains on the ceilings, rust, it's just plain old. I am surprised by the other reviews and I am happy they enjoyed it, but it wasn't for us. We were very disappointed. I have pictures , hopefully it will let me add them so people will understand what I am talking about and can make a good decision based upon fact. It is very clean and there are the things needed to stay in the home, this was appreciated. Had we known this was what we would be booking, we wouldn't have done so.
