Summary: This is a cute, newly remodeled unit. The furniture is modern and minimalist. The appliances are new and the washer/dryer setup will be a nice touch (they were not working during our visit). Parking in LA is a challenge. The driveway is VERY narrow. My big truck was a tight squeeze. The spaces are small and maneuvering into the spot takes time. Management was very helpful in resolving a blocked parking space. If you drive a big vehicle, consider not driving it in LA. Street parking can be found if you park before 3pm. The living room area is bright and clean, and the kitchen has everything you might need for some home cooking. The bathroom is very well appointed and the soap dispenser on the wall is a nice convenience. The shower head is fantastic (be careful, the drain is slow). The bed is not for the faint of heart. If you're 20-something, you'll be fine. If you're 40-something or older, you will have a rough time. Some type of foam top/padding is definitely needed here. The listing says that it will accommodate 4 adults, but there is only one bed. The couch is nice to look at, but is not for sleeping on, so you will need to make arrangements. There is plenty of room for an air mattress. There is no WiFi. The TV is a smart TV, so you'll need to hotspot, or run an HDMI from your device to watch your shows. Big bonus is the location. McDonalds is walking distance. It's close to DTLA and Uber runs $20-$40 to most locations which beats driving and paying for parking.
