Just a couple miles from the beautiful lake, and all that Trinidad has to offer! Come discover a beautiful Victorian gem of a town--with a great theater group, galleries, a fantastic brewery, and lovely restaurants! Outdoor activities galore! Trinidad is an up and coming TRUE Colorado experience!
1,200 square foot 3BR apartment with large bedrooms and huge kitchen area. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to create a great meal, and good coffee is always on deck! There is a Safeway just a couple miles away, and you can also take advantage of the wonderful Farmer's Market on Saturdays for groceries (weather permitting).
Comfy, brand new leather furniture gives this an upscale feel. The living room furniture converts into an additional bed--great for families! Smart TV and wifi in unit. SO much better than staying in a hotel!!! Save money, spread out, cook great meals, and feel great about travelling smarter! Added bonus: you may see bears (and bear cubs!), mountain lions, and maybe an elk or two in the hills directly above the complex. How cool is that?

This is located in a newer neighborhood--apartments are surrounded by very nice homes. Crime rating is "lowest". Close to downtown, Trinidad State Park, Mt. Carmel Wellness Center, Highway of Legends.
On site parking right outside unit. Also consider using the Trinidad Trolley to get around just for fun!

Instructions For Your Stay:
First of all, if we can do anything at all to make your stay more comfortable, by all means, let us know!
1. The apartment is located at 1425 Atchison Ave, Unit #8 Trinidad, CO 81082. It is the first building on your left as you enter the parking lot, on the upper floor.
2. To get into the apartment, use the access pad above the door knob. Vicki, the property manager, will text or email the code to you, as we change it after each guest.
3. PLEASE park only in the two parking spots assigned to unit #8. This is very important. We have a couple of tenants who are unnecessarily possessive of their parking spots, so make sure you're in the right ones. :)
4. The laundry room is right next door to the unit.
5. There is a play area and basketball court in the back of the unit.
6. There is a dumpster directly across from unit for trash disposal.
7. Please put all dishes in dishwasher, and towels in tub.
8. Please do NOT smoke, vape, use juuls for vaping, or anything that even remotely resembles it. We want this unit to stay as scent free as possible for our guests with sensitive allergies. DO feel free to smoke outside the unit.
9. Also, be advised that a lot of tenants smoke, and we cannot control the flow of smoke wafting into windows, etc.
